Director's Message

Welcome to the Santa Ana Unified School District’s Office of Career Education & Workforce Innovation!

Our vision is rooted in a steadfast commitment to preparing every student to be both college and career ready. We believe that through innovative programs, relevant learning experiences, and meaningful partnerships, students can discover their passions, develop essential career skills, and confidently shape their futures.

The Office of Career Education & Workforce Innovation exists to ensure that our students are not only equipped for today’s opportunities but are also inspired to lead in tomorrow’s workforce. Through high-quality Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways, state of the art technology, and forward-thinking curriculum, we empower students to apply their learning in real-world contexts.

We know that true student success is built on collaboration. That’s why we work closely with businesses, families, educators, higher education institutions, and community organizations—creating a strong network of support that maximizes the impact of every student’s educational journey.

Together, we are shaping a future where every Santa Ana student graduates prepared, confident, and inspired to thrive in college, career, and life.
